How do I submit the documents to be translated?
How do I submit the documents to be translated?
Simply send me your texts via a pdf, word, LibreOffice or Openoffice document by email to avalontraduction@gmail.com Pour .For the translation of a website already online, send me the link to the website or page to be translated.
Is there a limit to the length of a text to be translated?
There is no minimum or maximum word count for a text. In all cases, a personalised quote will be made according to the type of project.
What is the delivery time for translations?
Deadlines vary according to the number of words and the complexity of the text. This is why I often ask you for extracts or the complete document before making the final estimate.
During the course of the work, I may also contact you to ask you questions about certain aspects of your project.
If your request is urgent, you should let me know at the beginning of the project so that we can discuss solutions.
Once the translation is completed, how is the invoice sent to the client?
The finished translation is sent by e-mail together with the invoice.

What types of documents are translated by Avalon Translation?
All types of documents, except for sworn translations.
How to find a sworn translator for official documents (driving licence, birth certificate...)
The translation of official documents (driving licence, birth certificate, diploma, etc.) requires a sworn translator registered with the Court of Appeal of Justice who has an apostille.

Workflow
1 Initial contact
To call on my services, contact me using the contact form and explain your project.
2 Quotation
Following your message and our possible exchanges, I will send you an estimate for the requested service.
3 Production
Once the quote has been signed and the deposit paid, if applicable, I will start translating your documents.
4 Proofreading
Once the translation is finished, I read the texts over carefully several times and correct any mistakes.
5 Delivered
I will send you the documents in the usual formats (pdf, docx, txt) with the invoice
6 Service
It is possible to request minor rectifications and possible corrections within a maximum of 30 days.
